Privacy Policy — General Knowledge

General Knowledge ("the app") is built and published by Lokesh (techyogis.co@gmail.com). This page explains exactly what data the app does and does not handle.

What the app stores on your device

A few small items are saved on your device, only on your device, using Android's local storage (SharedPreferences) and a bundled read-only reference database:

• Your bookmarked topics — the topics you have saved for quick access.
• Your quiz scores — your best and most recent score for each sector.
• Your chosen theme — Light, Dark or System.

The app itself sends none of this anywhere. If you uninstall the app or clear its data, it is gone.

Advertising

This app contains no advertising. There is no Google AdMob, no ad SDK, and no advertising identifier is requested or used.

What the app does NOT do

• No personal accounts, no sign-up, no login
• No internet connection — the app works fully offline
• No analytics, no crash reporting, no tracking SDKs
• No collection or sharing of personal data with anyone
• No collection of contacts, photos, files, location, microphone or camera data
• No advertising ID and no advertising
• No data is associated with you personally

Permissions

The app requests no Android permissions. It does not even request internet access, because all content is bundled inside the app and works offline.

Children

The app is an educational reference suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children.

Changes to this policy

If anything changes, this page will be updated and the effective date above will change.
